The Bhubaneswar Convention Centre at the Lokaseva Bhavan is the new talk of the town, built on more than 20 acres of land. It has the cutting edge technological equipments and arrangements. It is a two storied building with 1 conference room which can accommodate 100 people and 2 other smaller conference rooms accommodating 30 and 15 people respectively. The auditorium (5200 square meter) can accommodate 400-450 people. There is a well furnished VIP lounge and a banquet accommodating 100 seats. The open space which can accommodate 2500 people is an excellent venue for exhibitions. Puri, the coastal town with the famous Jagannath Temple, 60kms from Bhubaneswar, is an important destination for B-leisure because of the presence of numerous star hotels. Surrounding Attractions

Bhubaneswar has numerous temples – the sand stone temples like Lingaraj Temple, the Udaygiri Khandagiri caves and Buddhist Shanti Stupa at Dhauli. Nandan Kanan Zoo and other reserve forests around are also popular places to see around Bhubaneswar. Puri’s Jagannath Temple, where devotees from all across the country visit and the beautiful beaches beaming with life are major attractions. The Konark Sun Temple, a 13th century old sand stone temple, is an architectural gem on the beautiful coast of Bay of Bengal. Konark Dance and Music Festival takes place every year in the temple premise.
